Our Mission
Creating a Resort lifestyle for dogs, cats, and horses considered unadoptable who would have likely been euthanized.
We Believe
We believe DOGs represent GOD’s unconditional love for us. Not only are dogs perfect examples of gods love for us, but we believe that all animals are conduits for God to move and speak to us. And when the rest of the world might be against you, your animals always love you. My husband and I are preparing our property for our future friends who have been considered unadoptable because of circumstances out of their control to live out their last years of their life in their forever home. On the rare occasion the dogs who come here will be adopted out to the perfect person. However most of the rescues who come here will live out the rest of their life on our 1300 acre ranch. We believe as the animals experience heaven on earth we will also experience a piece of Heaven on earth where every living creature, including humans, live interdependently amongst each other… the way God originally intended for us.
Our Vision
We are building a resort style forever home for dogs, cats, horses and other animals on our 1300 acre piece of property right against the majestic views of Pikes Peak.
The animals who come here will live out their years in a resort that will be considered heavenly. With plenty of room to be outside daily, along with an indoor dog arena that includes an indoor obstacle course, an indoor dog pool, and indoor play areas. Cats will have a Cat Cottage that includes plenty of sleeping areas, climbing areas and play toys. The horses and farm animals will be free roam on at least 50 acres with daily treats and comfortable shelter. They will all be fed high end healthy food and will be groomed and pet daily by the staff and volunteers as well as given supplements for aging joints. Because most animals who come here will be here for life there will be a vetting process of the owners who are surrendering their animals.
How Can You Help? Be a Sponsor
Your sponsorships are being invested into building the structures for the rescue animals we will be taking care of and to save for their ongoing care which includes food, vet care, and animal handlers.
- Sponsor at the $50 level or more and be promoted on our social media platforms: IG, FB, TikTok, and e-mail. All platforms have organic quality followers.
- Sponsor at the $100 level or more and be invited to the property once for every $100 when we open (you plus two guests)
- Sponsor at the $1,000 level or more and have your name permanently on the website
- Sponsor at the $2,500 level or more and be recognized on our website permanently as well as a wall of honor displayed in our dog center
Part of the service we want to provide to the community is allowing underprivileged families time on the property. And so if you qualify as an under privileged family please provide proof of tax returns and schedule your appointment directly with our tour guide by emailing alpha@dogheavenllc.com
